1. Felhasználási Feltételek

1.1 About the Platform

Simpli Oglasi (hereinafter: "Platform") is a free online platform for advertising accommodation in the Republic of Croatia. The Platform is developed and maintained by Simpli (simp-li.com).

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Felhasználási Feltételek and Adatvédelmi Szabályzat. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Platform.

1.3 Registration and User Account

Registration is required to publish listings. You are obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration. The use of false data or data of a third party without their permission is prohibited.

Keep your login PIN in a safe place. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your user account.

1.4 Listing Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your listing content. It is prohibited to publish:

• False or misleading information
• Content that violates the rights of third parties
• Content that is contrary to the laws of the Republic of Croatia
• Unsolicited commercial communications (spam)

1.5 Free Use

Basic use of the Platform is free. Free users can publish up to 3 listings. Simpli Book users have unlimited listings.

1.6 Liability

The Platform serves exclusively as an intermediary to connect accommodation owners and tourists. We are not responsible for the relationship between owners and tourists, including accommodation quality, payment or any disputes.

1.7 Termination of Use

We reserve the right to remove a user account or listing without prior notice if a violation of these Felhasználási Feltételek is established.

2. Adatvédelmi Szabályzat

2.1 Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is:

2.2 Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data:

• Property owners (registered users): full name, email address, phone number (optional), website (optional), login PIN
• Tourists (visitors who send inquiries): name, email address, phone number (optional), inquiry message, desired dates of stay, number of guests

2.3 Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Enabling registration and login on the Platform
• Publishing and displaying accommodation listings
• Enabling communication between property owners and tourists
• Sending notifications related to Platform use

2.4 Legal Basis for Processing

Your data is processed on the basis of:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you give consent by registering on the Platform
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing is necessary to provide the service
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — preventing misuse of the Platform

2.5 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Listing data (owner name, contact details) is publicly visible to tourists — this is the purpose of the Platform
• Tourist inquiry data is forwarded to the property owners to whom the inquiry relates
• We may share data if required by law or a competent authority

2.6 Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers (Supabase infrastructure, EU region). Data is kept as long as your user account is active. After deleting your account, data is deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention.

2.7 Data Security

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including data encryption in transit (HTTPS), PIN-based access protection and database access control.

3. Your GDPR Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — you can request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing — you can request restriction of your data processing
• Right to data portability — you can request transfer of your data in a structured format
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time
• Right to object — you can object to the processing of your data

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

4. Cookies

The Platform uses only strictly necessary cookies (localStorage) for:

• Storing login data (user account)
• Platform functionality

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party cookies.
